About Tejas Smoked Meats
Family-Owned Small Business
Tejas Smoked Meats is a family owned and operated small business providing high quality smoked meats and cheeses to community members through farmer markets, trade/gun shows, and community events.
We also process hunter's wild game throughout the year providing quality smoked products for family and friends.
Traditionally Made and Smoked
Our products are made using traditional cold smoke and pit smoke techniques enhancing flavor and shelf-life of the dried meats, sausages, jerky and cheeses. Cold-smoked then hung for 12-14 or 7-8 days, our dried sausages and bucksticks come in three varieties for the perfect gift.

We use 100% high quality meat carcasses as the foundation for our products combined with fresh ingredients and spices for unique flavors. Maintaining traditional production with quality ingredients provides customers reliable products to enjoy with family and friends or a high protein snack for themselves.

Our process begins with cold smoke techniques infusing the new sausage links with just the right amount of smoke.
After time in the smokehouse, sausages hang for 12-14 days and dried to perfection. Not too hard, not to soft!
You can find us at New Braunfels Farmers Market every Saturday 9:00am-1:00pm at 186 S Castell Ave, New Braunfels TX 78130 (come rain, shine, freeze, or heat wave).
We'll be at Old Gruene Market Days in front of Adobe Verde in the Gruene Historic District 3rd full weekend of each month February through November and the 1st weekend of December. Market hours are 10am – 5pm.
