Returns Accepted (if applicable)

We will accept returns on products that are unopened for a full refund within 14 days of shipping out from our facility with photos submitted. Returns will be given as a Money back refund once our plant receives the product. Furthermore, you may request a replacement of the same product or different product of equal value instead of money back. Return shipping will be paid by the buyer.

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Customers are responsible for the non-refundable shipping costs of returned product. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Tejas Smoked Meats does not guarantee we will receive your returned item.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once returned product is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification of receipt and of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to the credit card or original method of payment within 3 business days of approval.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often delayed processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We replace defective or damaged items only. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, email [email protected] and mail the product to:
